Preet Gill
About
Attorney Preet Gill oversees the Firm’s Immigration, Civil Litigation, and Estate Planning Departments. A distinguished graduate in the top 10% of her class at Florida Coastal School of Law, with a concentration in writing and research, Ms. Gill returned to New York City to practice law. Prior to law school, she earned her M.S. in Taxation and B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany, both with Honors.
Her background in taxation uniquely positions her to address estate planning matters effectively. Ms. Gill expertly navigates the legal and tax implications of estate planning decisions, ensuring her clients’ assets are distributed according to their wishes with minimal tax impact.
As a Punjabi-American, Ms. Gill is deeply aware of the immigrant community's challenges and is committed to assisting vulnerable groups, particularly younger generations and women, in understanding their legal rights, assimilating into their new environment, and preserving their cultural heritage. She also serves as the president of the New York City and Queens County Women’s Bar Associations.
